Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day using your selected delivery option.
Sending to a different address
You can choose to send any order up to £200 to an alternate address within the UK. This includes a free personalised gift wallet, so you can add a message with your gift. Just choose the send to someone else when placing your order.
Any order over £200 must be sent directly to the billing address.
Overseas orders up to the value of £200 are welcome but must be sent to a UK address.
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days.
We will refund the balance on your gift card less any discount given or transactions made using your gift card.
If the gift card has not been used at all, refunds will not incur a cancellation charge, however, if your gift card has been used, an administration fee of £8.90 will be deducted from the refund. Please call Card Services on 0344 770 9015 to arrange this.(you will need to leave a message if out of office hours)
Policy for Replacement gift cards due to Non-Delivery
If an order has been lost or stolen, customers should contact MCGC on 01524 805034. If the order was placed using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery then the item can be tracked using Royal Mail’s system. If there is a problem with these items, replacement gift cards will be issued promptly.
If a non-delivered order was placed using First Class Post then the below process applies:
If customers are concerned that their gift card has not arrived then they should contact us on 01524 805034, whereupon the gift card will be blocked so that it cannot be used.
We ask customers to wait for 5 days incase the gift card turns up. If after 5 days the gift card is still missing, then MCGC will send a replacement gift card by recorded delivery at no extra cost to the customer.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order
MasterChef Gift Cards can be purchased online via the MCGC website. For orders up to £200 the Cardholder's name and address does not have to match the delivery name and address. Orders greater than £200 in value can only be delivered to the billing address registered to your credit/debit card. If the address does not match, the payment will be declined.
Once an order has been processed successfully the MCGC system will send you an Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order in the form of an email.
At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made on the terms set out herein and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you.
Please be advised that we are at liberty to decline any order placed either on the website and are not obliged to provide a reason why this decision has been taken.
